Gender Politics

BABEL AFIAL adheres strictly to a gender equal policy, both in its editorial team (two men and two women) and in its advisory board, including three women and three men. The advisory board also adheres to these policies. Whenever possible, peer reviews processes will always ensure gender equality, and will prioritize female reviewers for submissions related to textual readings of female characters, or works by women writers, or approaches involving feminist theory.
