Plans de explotación: renovarse ou seguir

Resumo

A reflexion on the experience aquired in the year 1992 in the planning of extraction activities as a result of the conditions generated by the Decree 59/1992, and the necessity of articulating agreements
for the management of resources among all the sectors involved in the extraction and commercialization sectors is insisted upon. These agreements are being negotiated with organizations throughout Galicia interested in the project, as well as with traders, to improve the structuring of the shell-fishing sector in Galicia. This is a call to join the debate of these attempts at pacts.
