As modalidades represivas no primeiro franquismo. Unha proposta de sistematización

Abstract

In this article an approach to the complex phenomenon of repression is proposed. This approach will be carried out within the most extensive framework, bearing in mind the different intimation forms present throug hout the civil war and the early years of Franco's dictatorship. Once this wide approach, which covers all the different coactive modalities, has been justified, we then analice the logic which prevails over the start of the represive system created by and around the state. And, finally, this system is studied fron a proposal of systematization of multiple operativeness.
