Abstract

ln this article we approached the phenomenon of globalization in the perspective of the advantages (potentialities) and disadvantages (weaknesses) that contain their different dimensions (politics, cultural, social, economic and financial), being carried out a study where they highlight the second, and more specifically, the economic and financial dimensions. ln the logical sequence that we have already used in the book The Atlantic's History Axis (1999), we have highlighted the different possible regional configurations and we try to show the advantages of the transregional and transfrontier partnership that is being developped by the Association of Atlantic's Axis of the Peninsular Northwest, comparing their pretenses with those that arise in the «euroregion» denominated by Atlantic's Arch. Lastly we underline two questions that we find important to deepen in these regional problems.
