Abstract

T he North-American foreign policy: lrak and the definition of a new system of international relations.- In this paper it makes an approximation to the role of lrak in the design of the North-American foreign policy and definition of a new system of international relations from its independence to the actuality. Likewise, it analises the new strategical services of the USA, indicating its influences and doctrinal origins, and the role played by 11 September's attacks in its definitive implementation.
