Abstract

This article deals with several questions about the Natura 2000 places. The work provides a set of legal rules that have a decisive role for these places. The sense of these protected areas is related to the development concept. Following the legal and the social keys, problems linked to the  management in the conservation policy are discussed. The article not only describes the result of their history but also may reveal the path of their future situation.
