Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate in the behavioural reality of Pontevedra infancy in the first third of the XXth century, contrasting this approximation with the image about children that different discursive strategies offer depending on their ideology, in which we can recognize different values, educational aims, requirements and expectancy towards the childhood.
