This article aims to describe and contextualise the journey of several lorries loaded with busts of Durruti, sent by the CNT-FAI to the Paris International Exhibition of 1937, about which we only know through oral accounts. As a result of this lack of documentation, the present description of the journey calls on fiction to provide those elements of the story that have not reached us through history. Alongside the written account, the objects lost during the expedition have been (re)created based on known iconography from the period.
