This article is an attempt to explain the distinctive features of the prevailing tendency in the Partido Liberal-Conservador in Vigo, by the end of the Nineteenth
Century. Within this context there are two main ideas to be dealt with: an analyses of the main characters and social classes involved in the political trades and a study of their methods to achieve the power.
