La anulación de planes urbanísticos en el ámbito de la comunidad autónoma de galicia: principales causas apreciadas por los tribunales

Abstract

The expulsion from the legal system of urban plans after the declaration of invalidity appreciated by the courts has increased significantly in recent years
throughout the national territory. Taking into consideration the consequences derived from this nullity, this issue has becoume one of the big problems of our legal system, which has demanded the attention of the most authoritative doctrine. In this study, we perform an analysis of the situation in Galician, paying special attention to the causes that the courts take into consideration to decree their nullity.
