Community of Andalusia (Spain), entitled: "Schools that walk towards Educational Inclusion: working with the local community, the voice of students and educational support to promote change"1. The aim of this study is, among others, school improvement through the creation, training and development of Mutual Support Groups (GAM). Using a qualitative methodology with a clear interpretive-participative orientation, we seek to understand and help transform the ways and form of developing support from a community and inclusive approach. One of the conclusions points out that the processes of empowerment and learning that underlie the development of Mutual Support Groups, places us within a conceptual and practical perspective of Inclusive Pedagogy, useful for teachers, parents and students as well as for the researchers themselves.
