Abstract

schools that try dealing with it as a huge educational potential object. For this reason, educational community must be constantly thinking about new creative and participatory ways to act. The aim of this survey is to inquire into the desirable proposals that families, students, teachers and voluntaries from LLCC write down faced with conflicts created in the scholar context. The methodological view is based on critical communication, in which communicative stories and depth interviews have been used. The results reveal that there is a desire for activities that foster dialogue and cooperation, and the management of emotions. The conclusion is that intervention proposals must address and prevent conflicts from personal and social processes of growth and transformation.
