Abstract

The school must be the place from which to contribute to eradicate the persistent situations of inequality that today's society suffers, contemplated at a legal level but insufficiently developed at a real level, with feminist pedagogies being the teaching model to be developed to achieve this end. The main objective of this work is to verify the effectiveness of a program to promote feminist pedagogies in the teaching staff of schools in the Galician community, through a single group experimental design with pre-posttest measures. For this, an ad hoc training program is designed and evaluated after its implementation, using different strategies that guarantee an adequate review. It concludes by stating the effectiveness of the program and the need to extend training in feminist pedagogies to initial and ongoing teacher training.
