LENGUAS Y DIALECTOS ROMÁNICOS DE LA PENÍNSULA IBÉRICA EN EL “MITHRIDATES” DE ADELUNG & VATER

Abstract

Taking into account Adelung&Vaterr’s comments on the Hispanic Languages (including Portuguese) the value of some reviews concerning this work is discoussed. Some remarks are also made on the vision which the German Linguistics traditionally held about the Iberian Languages and dialects in the beginning of the 19th century.
