Abstract

In this article we will be dealing with Spanish writer George Semprún's autobiographic and memory aspects. He represents a good example of the literature of the Holocaust by attempting to highlight his experiences in Buchenwald's concentration camp. After recovering his freedom, in 1945, Semprún found himself in a dilemma of choosing either writing down his experience or living his own life.
