Abstract

In this article we want to present the most relevant considerations and the results quantifiable results which have been obtained in a rather more investigation study which in itself would take up all the pages of this Yearbook— in which we have continued to explore the certainties and possibilities we have noted when referring to La Aprehensión de la Fecundidad Mágica en los Cuentos [The Percep-tion of Magic Fecundity in the Folktales]”.

This we have done by means of Silence. The protagonist of these tales assumes this silence with the aim of establishing the limits of the heroic path which must lead him to the Perception of Fecundity. In order that his commitment with to this Fecundity —inherent in his condition of hero | heroine— does not stop at mere rhetoric, it needs definitions, resolutions and concrete decisions that convey it along, an assignment reserved for Silence acceptance.

And this transmission takes shape and is analyzed throughout each sequence of the Perception, so many as there are tales/registers to be explored in of these we make use of identical parameters to delimit the diversity of the same Silence. The Silence here is not simply another functional resource. With it, the expression of this wonderful sense which is Fecundity, reaches one of the most objective and eloquent forms that our heroes can understand. .
