Abstract

In its stage of government, the Franco 's rule fries to impose an economic autarchy in the country, creating for this reason, administrative and control organs to carried out it. The consequence is enormous economic recession during more than ten years. lt is called "rationing" or "provisión". Throgh different documentatión and local press, I try to approximafe the most possible to the quantity and diversification of food, that is, officiay, distributed in the province of Ourense in the year 1944.
