La pasiva con se agentiva en los textos jurídicos administrativos: su incidencia pramática

Abstract

In legal texts, the passive voice with “se”, by avoiding the mention of the agent and by topicalizing the object of the communicative action, turns into an adequate instrument for focusing the C.S. into the command’s object. Nevertheless, in legal texts reflex contructions with expressed agent are encounteredf which belie the traditionally alloted to passive function to dilute the presence of the aaction agent.
