Abstract

The article on the Resolution of the Council of Ministers nr. 73-A/2014, of December 16 th , 2014, which creates the initiative “Portugal Inovação Social” within the scope of Portugal 2020, consists of a sociological reflection on some concerns inherent to the extent and (potential) effects of the financial instruments aimed at promoting the social investment market. This reflection is made under the framework social economy has been assuming in our country, especially regarding the relationships established with the State.
