Abstract

Regional Law 2/2015, of January 22, “of micro cooperatives of associated work”, aims to promote and encourage the creation of micropymes under the model of ooperatives of associated work, as a basis for future growth and development
of the business cooperative of Navarre, as a generator of quality employment model. With this Regional Law is committed to simplifying the requirements of an administrative nature, seeking the establishment of simple and better corporate
formulas adapted to the reality of smaller companies, especially the micropymes of up to ten workers.
