NOTES TO THE DECREE 123/2014, OF SEPTEMBER 2, APPROVING THE ANDALUSIAN COOPERATIVES SOCIETIES ACT 14/2011

Abstract

The second final provision of Andalusian Cooperative Societies Act empowers the Governing Council of the Andalusian to approve their normative development. As a result of such power, the September 24, 2014 entered into force the Decree 123/2014 of 2 September, approving the Regulation of the Andalusian Cooperatives Societies Act 14/2011 of December 23. So, a new way to regulate the cooperative matter arises. Among the principles underlying the regulatory text distinguish the simplification and promotion of new technologies of information and communication on cooperative societies.
