Abstract

This comment aims to study the refund of the social contributions made to the heirs of a deceased member of an agricultural cooperative society, which does not imply the membership of the heirs automatically but needs an admission process.
Moreover, this study analyses the possibility of funding for the cooperative society through loans and agreements on deferral of the members.
