THE LAW OF THE SOCIAL ECONOMY OF GALICIA: SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE MODIFICATION OF GALICIAN LAW OF COOPERATIVES

Abstract

With the idea of providing to the sector of a proper regulation in tuning with the Galician reality and that encourages its consolidation and expansion, it is approved the Law 6/2016, of May 4, “of the social economy of Galicia”. Across thos one it is modified, also, the Law 13/2008, of December 3, “of social services of Galicia”, a transitory diet being fixed with regard to the development and the adaptation of the same one, and the Law 5/1998, of December 18, “of cooperatives of Galicia”, in that a new cooperative form is created, the juvenile cooperative, with the fundamental target, in both cases, of adapting its texts to the forecasts, orientations and beginning contained in the new regulation
