Abstract

In the case of a foundation and the mandate’s revocation ad nutum of an Executive Administrator, in this comment we will look at the constitution and the organizational structure of the foundations, about the nature of the administration’s
contract celebrated between the administration and the Foundation’s administrator, about the consequences of the mandate’s revocation ad nutum of a Foundation’s administrator, and finally, about the possibility of reducing the remuneration of
that administrator for reasons of abnormal change and incidental circumstances.
