COOPERATION BETWEEN THE STATE AND ORGANISATIONS OF THE SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY SECTOR. NOTES ON THE DECREE LAW NO. 120/2015 OF 30 JUNE

Abstract

This article on the Decree Law No. 120/2015 of 30 June and the Ordinance No. 196/2015 of 1 July, which establishes the guiding principles and the framework to be complied with cooperation between the state and entities of the social and
solidarity sector, is a reflection on the nature of that cooperation. The article presents a sociological perspective and use a diachronic analysis, as well as studies on the perceptions of the social economy agents about this relationship
that has been recognized publicly. This cooperation raises some reservations in the parity between the parties.
