After the considerations of the Constitutional Court, in its Judgment 85/2015, of April 30, the Law 13/2013, of August 2, “of promotion of integration of cooperatives and other associative entities with agribusiness character”, is modified, across the Law 25/2015, of July 28, “of mechanism of the second opportunity, reduction of the financial load and other measurements of social order”.
