COMMENT TO THE LAW 31/2015, SEPTEMBER 9 TH , THAT MODIFIES AND UPDATES THE REGULATION FOR AUTO EMPLOYMENT, AND THERE ARE ADOPTED MEASURES OF PROMOTION AND PROMOTION OF THE AUTONOMOUS WORK AND OF THE SOCIAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The Law 31/2015, of September 9, that modifies and updates the regulation of auto employment, adopted measures of promotion of the autonomous work and of the Social Economy. It tried the impulse of the individual as collective auto
employment and to unify the legislative existing diversity in this matter. It is a question of a Law of Social Economy and labor, aimed at areas and precise groups like the cooperatives, the labor companies, the special centers of employment,
the organizations of social insertion, and the employees of the foundations, the associations, the mutualities and other entities that place in the Social Economy. The modificative Law of the regulation of employment in the frame of the Social
Economy, it appeared in the year 2015 as an impulse unifier of the existing legislation as for individual collective auto employment, with the univocal pretension to create stable employment, of quality and in groups with major difficulties.
