Abstract

Since 2006, the Autonomous Community of Extremadura has set up a unique form of cooperative, the so-called Special Cooperative, specifically designed to
allow small or medium-sized business initiatives to use the cooperative form, so that they can benefit from the advantages of the social economy. The commented rule is an indicative model of social bylaws for these special cooperatives that replaces an existing one to adapt it to the current regulation on cooperatives in Extremadura.
