Abstract

The reform carried out by the Autonomous Community of Asturias of its Law 4/2010, of June 29, on Cooperatives, through its new Law 5/2021, of December 23, undoubtedly deserves a laudatory comment for its refined regulatory technique, which will make it easier for it to meet its objective of technological modernization and flexibility in its management.
In the present work we address the four modified precepts that are: article 46 (“Form of the call” [of the General Assembly]”); 48 (“Place of the assembly” [General]); article 70 (“The governing council. Organization and adoption of agreements”) and its article 101 (“Fund for education and cooperative promotion”).
