This proposal develops a study of performance art as therapy in active response to ongoing emotional discomfort. To this end, it studies the evolution and principles of performance, considered as a tool for self-exploration and art therapy that culminates in the creation of four symbolic acts. "Emotional education" or "social transformation" are growing themes, as well as solving problems of demotivation, isolation, anxiety or depression that seek to improve people's quality of life. The purpose of this manuscript is to explore performance as a therapeutic method in this context, to promote psychosocial well-being. This is also related to other psychotherapies and ritual, reinventing art as a lived experience and reinforcing the concept of performance as a way of accessing one's own emotional release. She has also been in contact with internationally recognised artists, in the field of performance Esther Ferrer and in art therapy Dario Basso.
