THE PRIORITY ASSOCIATIVE ENTITIES IN CASTILLA Y LEÓN AND IN CASTILLA-LA MANCHA

Abstract

When the economic performance is within an autonomous community, with the aim of increasing the dimension of agri-food associative entities, became apparent the need to establish administrative recognition of the figure of the regional priority associative entity; circumstance is that have not been outside the autonomous communities of Castilla y León, and Castilla-La Mancha. Thus, with regard to the first, has been approved Decree 34/2016, “on agri-food priority associative entities and its priority partners of Castilla y León”. In the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha has been approved Decree 77/2016, which “establishes the requirements for the recognition of priority associative entities of regional interest
in Castilla-La Mancha (Eapir) and creates its registry”.
