ANOTATION TO LAW 5/2017, OF 19 OCTOBER, OF PROMOTION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS INITIATIVES IN GALICIA

Abstract

The Law 5/2017 on the implementation of business initiatives in Galicia contemplates a series of measures to improve the economic development of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. As a complement to specific measures in the administrative field to facilitate the environmental authorizations granting and the management of industrial land, this Law contemplates changes in Law 5/1998 of Cooperatives of Galicia, which allow the establishment of cooperatives with two
people and contemplate a restructuring of the Register of cooperatives of Galicia.
