Abstract

Starting from the distinction between religious freedom and economic activity, the text addresses the legal framework on health advertising practices, in particular, the scope of application of Decree-Law 238/2015 of 14 October, but also the principles of lawfulness and scientific accuracy of information and the prohibition on misleading users.
