Abstract

This article deals with the problem of supervision in private foundations of social solidarity. This essay focus on the role of private law mechanisms in the supervision of the management body The foundations have no general assembly of members controlling the conduct the management body. On the other hand, State supervision may interfere in the autonomy of these institutions. Consequently, it is important identify alternative private law instruments of supervision.
