Abstract

This article aims to contribute, from a legal perspective, towards the knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of the directors and managers of the cooperatives. The article highlights the topic of the wrongdoing of the directors and managers. Reference is made to the Portuguese regulation of the cooperative management, the board of directors and other responsible employees.
