The growing importance, both in volume and economically, of cooperative micro-enterprises and rural cooperatives, and the interest of the legislator of Castilla-La Mancha to promote a business model in which economic and business objectives
are integrated with others of a social nature, thus achieving a sustainable and socially responsible economic growth, have led to the approval of Law 4/2017, of November 30, which specifically regulates the legal regime of these corporate
figures, and is applied in a supplementary manner to the Autonomic Law of Cooperatives.
